'New Horizons' which is based in Ledbury, is an independent Introduction Agency in the South West of England. We have been trading since 1990 and have interviewed thousands of people covering Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Wiltshire, Worcestershire, Bristol/Bath, Somerset, and newly opened in the Cardiff area.

'New Horizons' was created to help single people find new friends and is a sociable, caring, professional introduction agency as featured on local radio.

After a personal interview, at a location near your home, you will be offered a membership based on our current rates. During the interview we try to get to know you personally and are therefore much better placed to arrange worthwhile introductions. It is also an opportunity for you to get to know us, to ask questions and tell us what kind of person you would like to meet.

From this information we compile a profile which is then used to introduce your details to other members. Other than first name, telephone number and details such as age, height, hobbies and interest there will be nothing on the profile to identify you. New Horizons is Registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. Registration number Z1264537.

Normally we would expect the gentleman to make the first contact, but obviously there is nothing to stop the lady doing so if she wishes.

To receive new introductions telephone the office anytime 24/7 to let us know you require further matching. If we do not hear from you we automatically assume you are happy with your previous introduction. We can only select from available profiles each time you call for re-matching and, although we screen for obvious mismatches, we try to be open-minded in our personal selections. We believe only the couple concerned can recognise true chemistry.

'New Horizons' operates to a code of propriety and good manners. We arrange introductions between civilised people of the opposite sex and have a clear perspective of the kind of people we wish to attract and reserve the right to refuse membership without explanation. All information received is treated in the strictest confidence. None is made available to anyone except that agreed for the purpose of making an introduction.
